Neuroaffirming Referral List
The practitioners listed here are ones who regularly attend and engage in professional development focussed on neuroaffirming practice, and who practice from a person-centred, depathologising framework.
Please note, I cannot guarantee that any of the practitioners will be a good fit/match for you, and I am unable to provide specific recommendations re: goodness of fit to folks that are not existing clients of mine. All practitioners listed here also work separately from me, and I am therefore unable to provide information on their availability, wait times, etc. I’ve listed practitioners in alphabetical order, to make sure it keeps things unbiased. To learn more about each practitioner, you will need to view their website and/or contact the practitioner (or their service/practice) directly. Thank you for your understanding of this :)
Other Allied Health Practitioners
In addition to being neuro-affirming, many of the practitioners listed are also affirming & experienced in supporting folk who are queer, trans & gender diverse, chronically ill, disabled, and/or of other marginalised identities. They are weight and body inclusive, and take an anti-diet approach.
